1. Shipping & Delivery
Where is the item located ?
All stock is currently located in Melbourne, Australia and will be shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne.
How long will delivery take?
Handling time for each order is between 3-4 days. Within this time the item is dispatched using Australia Post.
How can I track my order?
Most items when dispatched will have a tracking number. This will be emailed to you once the item is dispatched.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Australia Post will require you to sign when taking the delivery. This also confirms that the product was delivered in a suitable condition and without any obvious defects or damage. But if you don't want to sign for the delivery and want the package to be left at the door then please email us at Care@IndusLamp.com.au
What if I am not home when my package arrives?
Australia Post will leave a notice at your home detailing an alternative delivery arrangement.
My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?
Please use the tracking number to track your item with Australia Post. Please contact our Customer Care Team via email at Care@IndusLamp.com.au in case you wish to escalate.
How do I return my purchase?
Items once bought cannot be returned unless there is a defect or the item is faulty. Please contact us at care@IndusLamp.com.au in case your item is faulty or has any issues.

3. Out of Stock items
If an item is out of stock and you want to get that item then please email us at care@IndusLamp.com.au
All products have a warranty of 12 month from the date of purchase.

IndusLamp currently do not have a retail store front.

We accepts a variety of payment methods: Credit cards (Visa and Mastercard ) and PayPal
